Bio~ Paula Nedzinskas

Having been born and raised in Michigan, gives me the sense of self and balance that many desire.  Having traveled to and lived in Eastern Europe and experiencing their love of nature and natural healthy living, including regular massage gave me the foundation to extend this wonderful healthy modality to you!

As a graduate of the well respected Irene's Myomassology Institute, Southfield, Michigan and having had the opportunity to train with Irene Gauthier, I am well equipped to facilitate your healing and well being.  I believe that the mind and body must be in balance in order for you to feel your best.   You are your own healer.  Take this opportunity to become tuned to your own body, so you can feel your best.
